In order to get a copy of your traffic collision report from the Buena Park Police Department, you must meet several qualifications. Below are the qualifications you must meet in order to successfully request a copy of a police report:
- Your name must be on the report;
- Reports can only be issued to the following parties: Authorized representatives, involved parties, insurance carriers, victims;
- Arrest reports are not released until it is approved by a supervisor or a subpoena is presented;
- When you pay the service fee, you will fill out a request form and a copy of your report will be mailed to you within ten (10) business days.
